    conductivity detection

    The inert non-metallic PEEK flow path of the Dionex Aquion IC system is designed and optimized for applications using conductivity detection. It ensures compatibility with corrosive rinses and ion chromatography without metal contamination. The high-performance conductivity cell is temperature-controlled and protects against ambient temperature changes. Digital conductivity cell control provides a wide dynamic detection range.

    Suppressor Compatibility

    The Dionex Aquion IC system supports both chemical and electrolytic suppression technologies. The suppressor can remove conductive ions from the eluent, reducing background noise while enhancing the analyte signal. This may enable a high conductivity detection sensitivity and a low detection limit possible.

    Optional column oven

    With the optional column temperature box, higher accuracy and applications operating at high temperatures can be obtained. The oven preheats the eluent before it enters the column and maintains the user-set column temperature. Column oven temperature can be set from 30°C to 60°C

    Eluent deaerator

    Eluent degassing reduces baseline noise, ensuring reproducibility and preventing rinse contamination and decomposition. An optional built-in vacuum degassing device can provide online rinse degassing, and the operation can be automated and automatically sense when degassing is required.
